Apostolia Alepidou

Apostolia (Tolia) Alepidou studied Classics at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (BA – 2013) and Leiden University (MA cum laude – 2017). She is currently a PhD student at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, working on the language of the gods in the Iliad, under the supervision of Christos Tsagalis (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki), Antonios Rengakos (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki) and Ineke Sluiter (Leiden University). Although Homer’s epic is her main focus, her research interests pertain to archaic poetry in general.
